Centre Management Office – Customer Service
Our Centre Management Office is conveniently located in the centre of Grafton Shoppingworld where our friendly staff can assist you with store directions, lost property, equipment hire and tourist information.
Parents Room
Two state of the art Parents Rooms have been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at Grafton Shoppingworld. The main centre Parents Room is located opposite the toilet facilities on the Upper Level and the second Parents Room is located at the centre end of ‘The Link’ through to Prince Street.
Disabled Facilities & Mobility Services
Grafton Shoppingworld has a lift located on the Lower Level, Duke Street car park entrance, providing easy access to the Upper Level centre. There are disabled bathrooms located in the main centre toilet facilities on the Upper Level and also in the toilet facilities located at the shopping centre end of ‘The Link’ through to Prince Street.
To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Grafton Shoppingworld offers customers complimentary wheelchair hire. To ensure availability, bookings should be made in advance by contacting the Centre Management office on (02) 6642 7770.
